Withdraw from a purchase

Use this form to declare that you withdraw from a purchase you made on TextNinja. You do not need an account and you do not need to give a reason. The moment you confirm, we record your declaration and e-mail you a confirmation with the date and time.

What happens to your details

• What we collect: your name, the purchase details you enter, the e-mail address for the confirmation, and the date and time of your declaration. We do not store your IP address with it.
• Why: to receive your withdrawal, send you the confirmation the law requires, and refund you.
• Legal basis: a legal obligation (Dutch Civil Code art. 6:230oa; GDPR art. 6(1)(c)), and our legitimate interest in being able to prove what was declared and when (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
• Who receives it: ShinobiTools (KvK 42147182, info@shinobitools.com) is responsible for it. Our e-mail delivery provider sends your confirmation, and Stripe, our payment processor, sees the purchase when we look it up to refund it. Nobody else; we never sell it.
• How long: 7 years, the period Dutch law requires us to keep our financial records; after that the record is deleted.
• Your rights: to see, correct or delete your details (where the law allows), via info@shinobitools.com. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
