Refund Policy

The invisible-character cleaner is free and unlimited and runs entirely in your browser, so that text never reaches us. The optional rewriter does send your text to our server. The only thing we sell is an optional pass, in two sizes: €5 for 30 days or €3 for 24 hours — a one-off purchase, not a subscription. Nothing renews itself, so there is no subscription to cancel. More rewrites per day and longer texts is what a pass adds.

When we refund

If the pass did not do what this site says it does, you get your money back. That includes the case where the rewriter kept failing or gave back something unusable, and the case where you bought a pass and could not use it at all. Ask within 30 days of the purchase and we refund the full amount — we do not ask you to prove anything or fill in a form.

We would rather refund you than argue about it. It is a €3 or €5 purchase; your time is worth more than that and so is ours.

What we cannot refund

• A pass you have used up. If you got what you paid for and simply want the money back afterwards, that is not a refund case.
• A result you do not like, on a job the tool handled correctly. The free version is the same tool with smaller limits, so you can see the quality before you pay. Nothing is switched off behind the pass.
• Purchases older than 30 days. After that the payment is settled on our side too.

How to ask

Use the feedback button on any page, or the contact details below. Mention the email address you paid with — that is enough for us to find the payment. You do not need an order number and there is no account to log into.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe. That usually takes a few working days on their side; we start it the same day we read your message.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank instead, we will not fight it. But it costs us a fee and it takes you longer than simply asking us, so a message is better for both of us.
