By using TextNinja you agree to these terms. They are meant to be short and fair.

Ordering online

How you buy. You choose a pass (30 days or 24 hours) and press the buy button. You are sent to our payment provider Stripe, where you enter your e-mail address, choose a payment method, tick the box to accept these terms and ask us to start your pass, and press Pay. The contract is concluded when your payment succeeds; we then show your pass and e-mail you a confirmation. A 30-day pass costs €5 and a 24-hour pass costs €3, both including VAT.

Correcting mistakes. Before you press Pay, the Stripe page shows what you are buying and the total, and you can change your e-mail address or leave with the back arrow or your browser's back button. Nothing is charged until you press Pay.

Storage and access. We keep a record of your purchase (order reference, amount, date and time) in our payment and pass records, but we do not store the concluded contract as a separate document for you to retrieve. Your confirmation e-mail contains the order reference, the price, the key terms and the withdrawal information: please keep it. These terms stay available on this page, and you can ask us at info@shinobitools.com if you need them again.

Language. The contract can be concluded in English.

The service is free and provided as is

TextNinja is offered free of charge, with no guarantee of availability or of a particular result. It removes the characters listed on the home page; it cannot know about a character nobody has described yet. Keep your own copy of anything important before you clean it.

What this tool is not for

The cleaner removes invisible characters and nothing else: it does not remove statistical watermarks such as SynthID, because those live in the choice of words rather than in a character you can delete. The rewriter does change your wording, but it is a writing aid, not a way to make AI-written work pass as your own. If you are submitting work somewhere that requires disclosure of AI assistance, neither tool changes that obligation.

Your text is yours

Text you put through the cleaner never reaches us at all. Text you send through the rewriter reaches our server, which passes it to Anthropic, whose AI model rewrites it; Anthropic does not train its models on it. We make no claim to it and keep no copy of it. What you do with the result is your responsibility.

These terms may change as the tool changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
