The quickest way is the feedback button in the corner of any page: a short form that can attach a screenshot of what you are looking at. You can also write to info@shinobitools.com.

Who runs this site

TextNinja is run by ShinobiTools (KvK 42147182). That name and that e-mail address are all there is to know: there is no shop front and no sales team behind it.

Reporting a problem

Tell us what you pasted (or a short sample), what you expected and what came out, and which browser you use. For the rewriter, say which button you pressed. A screenshot is usually worth more than a paragraph.

A pass, a refund or a withdrawal

Everything about the optional pass is on the pricing page. To get your money back, see the refund policy; to withdraw from a purchase, use the withdrawal page. You need no account for any of this: the e-mail address you paid with is enough for us to find the payment.

When to expect a reply

If you leave an e-mail address we aim to answer within a few working days. Messages without one are still read, they just cannot be answered. Nothing you send is used for a mailing list.
